The catalogue shows what SanchoCMO can connect to, rather than what is active for every business. During setup, we connect the tools needed for that business’s work; the rest remain available for later. Tools you provide are ready to connect. For some, part of the data reading still uses the previous route, and the dashboard will tell you when that applies.

How connections work

Without emailing us your passwords.

Connecting a business’s tools is primarily a question of credential custody. Here is how we handle it.

Your keys do not live in SanchoCMO

Your credentials are stored in Nango, a separate vault. Agent code requests the connection, never the secret.

No key where one is not needed

Analytics, Search Console and Sheets use our service account. You grant access from your dashboard and can revoke it just as quickly.

Read-only access where possible

Stripe uses a restricted key for reading charges, customers and subscriptions. Linear uses a read-only key.

OAuth where available

Slack and Google Workspace connect through the usual button from your own account. Manual Slack tokens are a fallback.

Is your tool missing?

If the tool has an API, it can be connected. Tell us what you use and we will explain what SanchoCMO can access from day one and what would need building.
